Saturate a black tea bag with cold water.Squeeze to remove excess and then hold the damp bag the site where you feel cold sore coming on apply for ten minutes every hour
USE A MINI-PACK:
Place an ice cube in a zip top bag or wrap in a piece of damp paper towel.Hold the wrapped cube against the site for up to two minutes(keep the cube moving slightly to avoid any one spot from getting too cold)Repeat hourly.
